Soothing Paraffin Gauze Dressing with Antiseptic Protection

The Bactigras 10x10cm is a soft paraffin gauze dressing impregnated with 0.5% chlorhexidine acetate, providing soothing protection and antibacterial action for wounds at risk of infection. The open-weave cotton fabric allows exudate to drain freely into a secondary dressing while keeping the wound moist and protected.

Ideal for use on minor burns, skin graft sites, lacerations, and other wounds requiring gentle, antiseptic coverage.
